Changing Motherboard and CPU, but using same hard drive with windows 8.1 installed. Will I have to reinstall windows??

basically I was just wondering if I would have to reinstall windows 8.1 if i change MOBO and CPU, if i have the same HDD my windows installed on. I dont have a disk for windows 8.1 only product key, Also ive heard so many people say i have too, so many said I don't have too..... please help. Thanks!

It those Mbs have the same chipset, you don't have to but you need to reactive the win8.1, but if you have problem to boot then you have to reinstall the win8.1.
