I am in need of some help.. I am changing my old motherboard and CPU in my prebuilt iBuyPower computer, which has:

OS: Windows 8.1 (64 Bit)
Motherboard: MS 7641 (MSI 760GM-P34)
GPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz Six Core Processor
PSU: 480 WATT Standard Factory Power Supply (powers all my parts, and the AMD processor uses more power than the one I am getting, so I know I am good on power)
HDD: Toshiba 7200 RPM 1TB Hard Drive

I am trying to upgrade my current CPU and Motherboard to:

Intel Core i7 7700 (Non K edition)
(GIGABYTE) GA-H110M-M.2

I would like to know a rather step-by-step process of what I am to do when I am installing this new motherboard. My dad is sending the parts to his coworker who will do the physical part installation, but I am in dire need of knowing what to do, as far as pre and post physical part replacement. I know I am to perform a clean installation of windows, but how do I perform a clean one? And after it is a new, clean installation of windows, like I just got it, with nothing but windows on it with no programs, what do I do? Power off, and replace the parts? Or am I to do more things prior to physical part replacement. I would also like to know what I should do after I replace the parts. I do in fact have the "Microsoft Windows Re-installation DVD" that came with my prebuilt PC. To my knowledge, I am to perform a clean version of windows, go on the desktop and see that there are no drivers or programs, which is what a clean installation would do to my knowledge, and proceed to shutdown and swap the parts.

Thanks in advance.

You should have gotten an Intel 200 Series Chipset motherboard such as a B250 Chipset model. The Intel 100 Series H110 Chipset model you have requires a Skylake 6th Generation CPU to flash BIOS in order for 7th Generation i7 7700 to work. A Celeron G3900 is about $45.
