Changing motherboards with different chipset qithout reisntalling windows 8.1

Well ,i just want to know if theres a way to upgrade my motherboard from a MSI H-81 to a MSI Sli krait MS-7922\Z97S,both of them are 1150 , so im keeping my Corei 5 4460.

PD:Im using Windows 8.1 64bits

Take the one out and pop the other one in. Your system should boot without any problem and you'll be able to load the drivers for the new board.
