Changing mouse displacement on dual monitor setup?

Simply, when I mouse over to my second monitor (which is smaller than my main) it drops about an inch relative to my main monitor. So it throws me off when trying to click on an item appearing at the same level when mousing in between monitors.

It's not a serious issue, but it would be nice if there is a solution to this.

Head to Control Panel and, under screen resolution, you can drag the screens up and down in the window so the relative height will change.
