Changing my desktop to a decent gamign desktop

Ok i have a question of how to upgrade my Dell inspiron 560 to a more decent gaming desktop I have everything as out of the store, I'd appreciate some guidance. as my budget is around $200 I mainly want to change the graphics card and if needed the power supply. This are my specs:
Procesor: Intel Pentium® Dual Core
Rams: 4Gb
system chipset: Intel G43
Video card: Intel G45/G43 Express chipset (dont know if it's the same as above)

What wattage and model is your Power supply?

I would say anything larger than an HD7750 would be to much for your CPU.

If your power supply allows it, get the HD7770.

I would go with the 7750 too. That will give you a nice boost.

It's only 300W, but i plan on changing it to a more powerful one, are there any limitations to what power supply i can put to it?

It is ALWAYS worth it to increase the RAM, DDR3 is very cheap currently. If you have DDR3 memory slots, which it seems like, yes. DO it.
