Changing my desktop to a decent gamign desktop

Ok i have a question of how to upgrade my Dell inspiron 560 to a more decent gaming desktop I have everything as out of the store, I'd appreciate some guidance. as my budget is around $200 I mainly want to change the graphics card and if needed the power supply. This are my specs:
Procesor: Intel Pentium® Dual Core
Rams: 4Gb
system chipset: Intel G43
Video card: Intel G45/G43 Express chipset (dont know if it's the same as above)

What wattage and model is your Power supply?

I would say anything larger than an HD7750 would be to much for your CPU.

If your power supply allows it, get the HD7770.
