Changing my motherboard

I will change my motherboard (Gigabyte GA H110M-H) for an actual gaming MB, that and some other components. I know that the Retail version (I think) of Windows lets you install the OS again and again. I have a USB with the OS, how do I know if I will be able to install it again?

did you have it already install on a system so check property of ot that will tell if oem or retail .
