Changing my VGA card!

Hi guys! i am new to this forum! i want to change my grafic card! But my motherboard is an older version and has pci e. 1.0! I wanna put palit ge force which is 3.0. Will i have serious problems by doing that? will i experience any problems? my psu is 450W. My cpu is amd athlon 2x4 640!

thx a lot for the response! i am planning in putting the palit gtx 650 ! i want to play dota 2! now i got msi 620! do u think with 650 dota 2 will be playable?
