Changing notebook motherboard

I'm going to change my notebook's motherboard. The pc is an Asus x555ua-xo073t with i5-6200u and I would change it with the motherboard of x555ua-dm059t that has, so it seems to me, the same specifics but intel i7-6500u as processor. May it causes some problems?

It would be unusual for a motherboard not made for a certain model would actually fit. Look carefully to make sure all the ports coincide with the holes and slots in your laptop case before buying the new board.

You also need to be sure the ribbon cables for the screen, the keyboard and the trackpad are long enough to meet up at the other end.

The motherboard has the same shape and ports localisation, in fact the two models have the same cases, so I think this would not be a problem. The only problem is that I don't know if changing it with a new CPU could work.

That wouldn't be a big problem, I read that Win10 has no problem on reactivation but I use mostly Ubuntu (now I have dual boot), I could switch totally to Linux.
