Changing out cpu because of possible bottleneck

Hello i'm wondering if i should upgrade my cpu to a better one because i'm getting a new GPU.

My current CPU is : AMD Phenom II x4 965 processor

The GPU i'm upgrading to : http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-270x-double-dissipation-edition-r9-270x-edfc

Will it bottleneck the GPU?.
Should i upgrade CPU?.
If so to which one?

No bottleneck will occur, the X4 965 is still a decent processor for the money.
