Changing PC and Ram

My motherboard is ASROCK G41C-GS I want to know what type of CPU and Ram does my motherboard support.
If anything I post is on a wrong thread terribly sorry for this time

For DRAM I'd look at the GSkill DDR3 NT series of Value DRAM in 1066 or 1333

If talking about CPU the X6800 or Q9650.....could also look at the Q9550
