Changing profile email address

It will not let me change my email address. I entered my password but it still won't let me do it.

Currently not implemented or planned. Contact any of the admins, me or webdog to do that.

It is somewhat complex, since the new email address has to be validated. Other profile options do not need valiation.

Does it really need to be validated? I'm changing mine so that the threads I follow send the replies to another mailbox.

That's how all forums work, it is just a way to maintain forum integrity and eliminate bounced emails, forum spamming, etc.
