Changing ram from 1333 to 1600

Hello , I have the G.Skill 1600 DDR3 4gb ram and It says that it runs at 1600 without overclock but because of my CPU (Amd athlon X4 640) and my motherboard(ASUS M4A785TD-V Evo) it runs at 1333 stock. I want to change it to 1600 but I really have no idea on how to go about that. My motherboard says that it can do 1600(OC). Any ideas on how I might be able to run it at 1600? also would the performance boost be worth it?

Hardly worth it but you go into BIOS and set ram frequency/settings to manual an then input all your settings in manually.
