changing the ip address

i can not nimbuzz chat room when my ip blocked in that particular room even by other nimbuzz id (this is updated in nimbuzz, room owner can block by giving command once we enter). but i can enter next day by other id since ip changes after i disconnect my net for a day.. i want to know how can i enter in same day by changing the ip how to change the ip very soon..

short answer is you can't since the IP lease is controlled by your ISP
