Changing the motherboard and CPU

Hey I'm changing my motherboard and CPU. I'm changing from:
Asus P8H61-MX R2.0 to Asus B85 PLUS
Intel i3-2130 3,4 GHz to Intel i5-4460 3.2GHz
Will everything be good and will it work?

You will be good to go! Both the motherboard, and CPU are Socket 1150. Have fun!

Yes, it will be pre-applied, but you might want to apply a better paste to get better temps. I would clean it off, and re-apply something like Arctic MX-4 or something similar to the CPU. Up to you though.
