changing the motherboard

so i found a old dell d620 thats sporting a non working mobo and i was wondering would a dell d630 mobo fit into the case, since this laptop isn't up to date i don't plan on doing much with it other than web browsing and for the fun of it also is the intel core 2 duo t3700 the beefiest cpu it can handle, thanks
