Changing the network

I have a network set up with 2 tp-link routers routers.
I have 1st as the primary connection to internet and 2nd with disabled DHCP used just as an extension of range.

I have set up a home network but i can't seem to have the desired map and i can't seem to access, share or send message(using cmd) to others in network.
Right now the network map is :

The problem is that i can't see any computers connected to 2nd router

However the devices shown in lan of first router is:

What network settings are in the second router? Also are you connecting the second router with the WAN or LAN port to the first router?
