Question Changing usb port to micro SD card reader

Looking at the razer laptops. The biggist thing I dont like about them right now is that there is no sd card slot is there a way to change a USB to sd. Not an adapter I want to phiscly take out a USB port and replace it. I did not know if they maybe made something the size of USB slot to fill the space that has an sd slot?

The usb port is hard wired to the motherboard so replacing it is not an option.
