Changing W2K Domain time format

Hello
I have a W2K Domain containig both XP and W2K worksations. I need to change
the time format to 24hr time accross the domain. Is this possible through
group policy

Set iTime, tip 311 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com in a logon
script.
