Boost performance, yes, the heat will be generated not on the charging IC. The CPU, GPU are the ones heating (and yes, more performance, more power intake & charging IC could get hot) . May I ask you how do you know if its the charging IC exactly that is heating up?dude it a tool that boost performance but a lot of heat will be generated so i took the risk my lapteop heated up and the ic is fried and it is sitll heating up even after i delete the softwate i did a software reset too
