Charter will not connect to eaglepharmacy.com after upgrading to Windows 10

I have found 3 computers on Charter internet running Windows 10 that will not connect to this site, however if I put a Windows 7 PC on the network it can reach the site.
The Windows 10 PC's will reach the site using Centurylink.
Any ideas appreciated. Thank you!

sounds... like an... ISP issue... sorta. Contact charter and tell them about it.
