Chaser a31 or Commander G42

Looking to build a PC with a budget case, there arent many options in my local store and i read some reviews about those 2 saying they are very decent, which one do you think is the best of those 2 and why?

I5 6600
1TB WD Blue
120GB SSD HyperX Savage

Between the two cases, the internals are exactly identical:

^A31
Except for the rubber grommet and the PSU area.

Between the two, I'd say the G42 but I feel you can do with much better...given you can answer the above two questions.
