Chassis fan cord

i just bought a case, but the chasis fans have 3 pins, but my mobo has a 4pin chassis fan slot. Will it still work?

Yes, just place it to match the plastic guide. The only difference is that you won't be able to control the fan speed directly with the motherboard.
