G Gze Reputable Jan 11, 2015 121 0 4,710 May 9, 2015 #1 I have just bought a new fan for my pc, however when I plug it into a 3 pin on the motherboard my pc cannot boot, pressing the power button does nothing. However, when I take the fan out the pc automatically boots. Is this a faulty fan?
