When I boot up my PC they are like a jet starting up and when I go into windows they wind down. I open a program they wind up temporarily and sometimes they randomly wind up at idle. CPU temps are very hot for idle (45-50 degrees). Way more than what anyone else is getting with the same cooler and chip. Under load it however is respectable never passing 74 degrees AIDA64 15 minutes. But still 10-20 degrees hotter than what everyone else is getting under load. My chassis fans are RF120 3 pack hooked up to a PWM splitter. CPU cooler is Gammaxx GT BK. I have tried reinstalling CPU cooler twice with different pastes, going into the bios and using quiet profiles, and trying to make sure all connections have been made properly. I have no idea why my temps are so hot on idle and have no idea what else to do. And I’m not going to reinstall my cooler for a 3rd time.
