Chassis intruded fatal error system halted

Found this message at startup, I can only enter BIOS. I didn't touch the jumper (is in the right place on the right as show on manual) and i didn't connect any intrusion sensor.
Suggestions?

Moved some cable very colse to the board and disconnected some cable from mobo near the intrusion connector and now the problem seems disappeared. Hope will be enough. Thanks!
