Question Chassis Inttude

Hello, so I've had some PC problems for a few days now where it would start up but have no display then today I tried unplugging and plugging some things back and I got the Chassis Intrude message, I searched up some stuff and the response seems to be about the CMOS battery, I tried to fix my PC a long time ago with the cmos battery and it didnt workout, I had to buy new motherboard. If I need to do the Cmos battery please give specific instructions so I dont break it again.

Gpu: Gtx 1080
Motherboard : Asus Q87m-e
24 GB ram
1tb HD
650+ psu

In manual it says, skip to paragraph 1-15 (or page 23) where says "Chassis intrusion connector"
By default, the pin labeled "Chassic Signal" and "ground" are shorted with a jumper cap.
Remove the jumper caps only when you intend to use the chassis intrusion detection feature."
