Cheap 1080p 144hz G-Sync Monitor

So i was wondering, what are some good and cheap 1080p 144hz g-sync monitors? The only ones i can find is around the $1000 USD mark, and that's just ridiculous. Are there any that are less than at least $500 CAD? Preferably around $300-400 CAD Also, is it even worth it to get a g-sync monitor? im getting a new PC, and it will have a GTX 970, and an i5-4690k. Is that enough for g-sync to be worth it?

They say "Supports G-Sync". Does that mean they have g-sync? or you can add the g-sync module to it?

did a quick search on 3 of them and they all have gsync built in. newegg sells most of them and shows them as having it built in. i was not aware that you could buy the module and add it yourself. i know it is a separate thing but i believe it is built in at the oem and not 3rd party. i could be wrong but a simple search shows that at least 3 of them (the acer and aoc cheaper ones) have it built in.
