Cheap 2 GB GDDR5 Card?

My friend and I are looking for a pretty cheap card with 2 GB GDDR5. For reference, here are the specs:
Intel Core 2 duo e7400
4GB DDR2
430 Watt PSU

The total wattage of the PSU can be misleading. It is the make/model and the nameplate specs that is important. I saw on another question thread that Sapphire has an AMD R7 350 with 2gb DDR5 vram for $50 on Newegg. It has a 128bit memory bus, which beats the 64bit memory bus usually seen on Nvidia's inexpensive DDR5 videocards. It is a rebadged HD 7750, to give you an idea of the performance level.
