Cheap 2014 Build

So, I'm trying to gaming PC at the adorable budget of $400. I have a system builder copy of Windows 8.1 and an hdd and ssd, so that's minus two hundred or so dollars. I'm looking for a nice processor that won't bottleneck a EVGA Nvidia GTX 750 ti 2gb OC, so I can run Battlefield 4 1080p around medium - high settings. Any ideas?

Get 8gb ram (2x4) 1866mhz, 430w psu, a case of your choice (i reccomend betfenix comrade) and spend the rest on a decent mobo, you'll nedd it for upgrades.
