Cheap 4 monitor graphics card

I'm looking for a cheap graphics card that can support 4 monitors to help a friend. It doesn't need to be for gaming, just for simple office based tasks and web browsing. 4 monitors is what is required.

An R7 250X should do the job. If you can find one on the market. R7 260X and above should support 4 monitors, as well as some GTX 750. That's the cheapest I could find. If your mobo has integrated graphics (intel or amd A series), you should be able to connect some monitors there as well.
