cheap 780ti with water cooling vs Evga ACX 780ti??

hello...
i have around 800 to spend for graphics card and i was quite impressed with kraken g10..so i was wondering what would be best.... a pny (lifetime warranty so good!) gtx 780ti with graken g10 and a 120mm water cooler.....

Well considering you void that lifetime warranty I would say go with the cheapest decent brand 780 Ti instead (Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, EVGA), or you could purchase the EVGA Hydro Copper however that is quite a lot more.
