I want to buy a cheap am4 cpu for my b450 motherboard to pair with an RX 570 for gaming.

I will eventually upgrade the cpu for something such as a Ryzen 7 or 9.

Currently I was looking for the Ryzen 3 3200g witch is budget friendly and still really good for the price but I would like to have something as powerful or more at this price or less but without integrated graphics.

I know this might sounds weird but anyway... Thats what I'm looking for.

Well if the 1600AF is not available in your country as you previously specified... the 2600 is the next best thing in terms of price.... the 1600AF is basically a cheaper version of the 2600.Despite it's name the 1600AF is a 2nd gen ryzen CPU unlike the normal 1600.

Just so you...

Just so you make sure... the model number for the 1600AF is YD1600BBM6IAF, while the first gen 1600 is YD1600BBM6IAE. Double check to see if it's available.

You can find the 2600 on the used market for really cheap too... also I'd get the 2600 over a first gen 1600(not AF), it's faster and doesn't have the memory compatibility issues that the first gen ryzen had.

The 2600 would cost me 200$ compared to 140$ for the 3200g...
At this point I think I should go for the 3400g without a gpu using Vega 11

The performances are comparable and I have the wraith spire instead of stealth bundled so I wouldn't need to buy a new cooler.

You won't need to buy a cooler for the 2600... the included stock one works fine if you don't want to OC over 4 GHz.

Maybe they are comparable in titles that won't use more than 4 cores, but current games are starting to require more than that.
I'd say the 2600 + RX 570 would be a great budget combo for 1080p gaming, if you have the budget of course.

IMO, if you know that you are going to upgrade to a R7 or 9 later, I would look for an R3 1200. They overclock well, game decently and should pair nicely with the 570. If you end up liking Ryzen it's not at all a bad idea to (currently) have a 1st gen around for BIOS updates. (whole other subject)

You can typically find them new for ~$60, and used for ~$35.
