I have been looking around on various websites, but I can't seem to find a good LGA1366 motherboard for my Intel Core I7 920 Processor. I am trying to find one for $70 or less (if I have to I am willing to go up to $80 or $90 though), but so far I have only seen them go for $150 or more. Any help would be appreciated.

They aren't that rare. I've been seeing them refurbished for around $80-$90. And I even saw a new one on ebay selling for around $70. My question is if its a good motherboard or not. Here is the motherboard type that I have been seeing alot: P Z800 Workstation Motherboard Dual LGA 1366 Sockets 576202-001 460838-002. I just want to know if thats a good motherboard or not, because it seems to be common.

Well your first question didn't ask about that specific motherboard, You said in your first post that you can only find them for $150 new, now you say you can find them for $70 new and that was budget, so your first post and this one say completely different things.

Well, I found this after my original post. And besides my original was not to see if one could be found, but which one will give me the best performance for the lowest price. I was just seeing if someone knew of a fairly priced motherboard that delivered good performance and worked with my processor. Then I found one, and now I want to know if it is any good. I don't know a lot about this specific kind of motherboard.

Intel Core I7 920 Processor is not a supported processor on the P Z800 Workstation. You would need one or two Error Correcting Code (ECC) Quad-Core Intel Xeon Processor 5500 Series CPUs. That is a dual Xeon server motherboard.

If you want a desktop motherboard, they are on eBay and people are not giving them away for $70.

Okay, would a HP Z400 Workstation Desktop 1333MHz LGA 1366 Motherboard 586968-001 work? I really dont need anything amazing, just something that will work.
