Cheap build 300$~

Hey, I need you, experts or anybody, to please propose me some build with a good cpu/gpu etc. I already own a monitor, keyboard and a mouse. I don't really need a HDD of more than 500GB but if it's not that expensive why not make it more. 😀
Oh and no need to worry about the operating system too. ^_^

I don't really know the monitor resolution because it was a gift from someone that did not use it anymore and he gave it to me without the box. The max resolution I can reach (with my current gpu) is 1440x900. Maybe I can even reach 1080p but can't know because of my gpu.. I would like to use my computer to game and do my everyday stuff. I am not a hardcore gamer but would definitely like a good gpu for good fps.

nope. all the builds we posted will draw 300W or less... and corsair makes solid psus... better yet they're cheap with a good warranty. The cpus are fast enough to not be a significant bottleneck... the athlon II cpu will be a slower then the Pentium in single cored tasks (which almost all but the newest games are) while it will beat up on the dual cored Pentium in the newest titles (like bf4 or crysis3). Both cpus are fast enough to allow you to game well, and while i'd suggest you get a hd 7770 or 7790 or r7-260x as the min for 1080p gaming if your monitor is restricted to 1440x900 that 6670 listed in the other build would be more then enough.

not quiet enough to improve it amazingly... but here is a small bump. more ram, bigger hard drive, good cpu cooler, a better gpu... a better case. it's an upgrade across the board. still nothing amazing but the money is well spent.

Theres one problem with that build though. It's FM2. And since that cpu is quite outdated.. You'll feel the need to upgrade in the near future. Which then you'll also have to upgrade the motherboard. Since you've raised your budget it seems, it would be smarter to go with AM3+. But that's just my opinion.

the psu is junk, junky psus can ruin all your hardware if they die.

and the motherboard won't be compatible with the i3 out of the box. if someone is building it for you they'll probably fix that issue for you. if you're getting it yourself understand that the computer won't turn on unless you have a compatible cpu in the motherboard and update the bios to work with an ivy bridge cpu. (the merchant might do that for you as well)

it's a piledriver quad core. Its basically identical to a FX 4350 or an A10-6800k. it's not an "outdated" cpu, it's brand new just released this year. FM2 is a 2 year newer socket then AM3+ as well (released in 2012).
