I'm wanting to build my fiancé a gaming PC. Looking to keep price down but I want it to perform pretty well (Co-op Battlefront 2, CoD WW2 etc) on highish settings. I came up with the following. Any advice would be great on how to bring down cost or improve performance without upping cost too much.

you are way overpaying for that windows license.

About the same, However multitasking will be a whole lot better. e.g. video edditing , or gaming + livestreaming.
otherwise get the pentium g4560 , its 90 -95% of the peformance of the i3 7100 for 50% of the price.
