Cheap build

I am putting together a new computer for my parents. Nothing fancy, but not completely crippling as my younger brother might want to play games on it.

Here is what I came up with. I mainly want to make sure I didn't run into any comparability issues, but any input on the overall value is also greatly appreciated:
