You would only be able to SLI and you would only be able to use a GTX 770.

Whether you can depends on your power supply.

Should you? Probably not; multi-GPU support is absolutely dreadful and has been getting worse for a long time. A second 770 will scale poorly and in the cases where it scales decently, you'll start to run into limitations of your CPU.
