Yah it should run bf3 pretty good at 1080p 60fps medium-high settings. Day z runs like shit on any computer but it should run it okay at medium settings.

that is a decent pc.. it can run more than bf3

270x is the minimum recomended gpu from AMD's side for next gen gaming
