Cheap CPU and mATX motherboard for old PC

Hi guys, I currently have a "retro gaming" PC that I use for older games (typically older than 2004). I had been using a machine with two Xeons that was plenty but I just recently sold it. So, I am now running an Athlon X2 3800+ on 1GB of RAM with a Quadro FX 4600. The GPU is plenty enough for my purposes but the Athlon struggles whenever doing internet browsing and such. Anyone got a suggestion for a replacement CPU and motherboard that will fit a microATX case? I'm looking to spend less than $50 if possible, used is fine.

P.S. I really don't need something super fancy since I still have the machine in my signature.

Ah thanks for that, it's really helpful. It comes with RAM too to make it an even nicer deal.
