I limited it to parts that would be desirable,
if you wont find any of those with good prices, you can try dropping core count and enabling smt.
You should be ok with athlon or Pentium, as long as its 2 cores with SMT, but I would call those a second choice if your budget is not so tight.

Example of what I would pick on tight budget:

CPU: AMD Athlon 3000G 3.5 GHz Dual-Core Processor (£51.97 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard (£55.49 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £107.46
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

if you dont mind getting second hand parts, you could probably get an i7-6th gen cheap

if not then i recommend you go with the an i3 9th gen... the price has been slowly falling (Depends on your location - different countries have different trends)

or a ryzen 5 1600 which usually goes for about $100

as for mother boards, i recommend you spend a little extra to get one with a few pci-e slots and memory channels so in the future you can upgrade your pc easily, without having to ditch older parts

Thank you sir! I might check on those, but is there any other cpu and mobo combo cheaper than that? Im not thinking about future upgrades.
There is always something cheaper.
But, if it does not serve your needs, you will pay too much.
A cheaper alternative might be a G6400 processor.
It has 4 threads which some games actually require, and a good 4.0 boost clock.

Any lga1200 motherboard will do.
Likely, that will be a H110 based motherboard.
Here is the cheapest on newegg at $63
