Cheap CPU cooler needed?

I've been hearing people with my build I'm gonna buy saying it overheats when running games such as bf4 and dayz, however they don't have CPU coolers. I need a cheap, effective CPU cooler for this: pcpartpicker.com/p/fsTRqs

Everyone is going to suggest a Hyper 212 Evo here, it is the de facto budget cooler lol. Nice build too, that is arguably the very best 970 chipset motherboard.

The Hyper212 EVO is not a bad cooler, but it is an atrocious bang/buck Loser. You said "cheap," and there are many 120mm tower-style coolers from competitors including Rosewill, Masscool, Xigmatek, and Enermax offering similar performance (within 1C-3C depending on fans) for up to 40% less. In fact, unless you plan more than mild overclocking, a 92mm cooler by any of those same brands will likely do the job, saving you another $5-$10 in the process.
