Depends on the Intel cpu socket you want, but the MSI H81M P33 is within your budget - a microATX board with 2 expansion slots, only 1 PCIe Gen2x16 for graphics card and 1 PCIex1 for peripheral. Has onboard VGA and DVI. I installed 2 of these for a friend last year in his mATX Silverstone cases with Firepro W2100 graphics cards and i7 4790 cpus, junking his 8 year old Silverstone motherboards.

For your budget I think it would be the H110 chipset series for you. Gigabyte, MSI and perhaps ASRock are the manufacturers with lower priced range mobos. Definitely doubt if ASUS has.

So I'd visit each manufacturer's website for motherboards, narrow the search down to Intel / LGA 1151 / and probably H110 chipset if they have a category for that, and then start at the bottom of their list and look for boards compatible with DDR3. Copy model and paste into Amazon.uk to check price. Make a note of ones you think may suit, probably list them on a spreadsheet for the features that you require (most are standard features), then sleep over it. Good luck.

The reason I asked was because, the CPU you picked is generally used for overclocking and does not come with a fan. (I've seen some people coming over from AMD not knowing that) But for the price difference of $25 or so, between the K and non-K i5, you made a good choice.

Good luck and enjoy your new rig
