Cheap display with small bezel?

I've been looking for a new monitor and im kinda on a budget, im not picky with most things you sacrifice for a cheap monitor but my biggest problem is large bezels. I use a tv at the moment and one of the reasons why I want an upgrade (Aside from it only being a 720p monitor, making my $1,000 pc feel like its not reaching its potential) is because of its large bezel. If anyone could help that would be amazing.
