Cheap ebay server cabinets: are they any good?

I have a a total of 8 routers/switches, with the biggest switch being about 19"x19". I want a 12U server rack for upgradability. I saw 12U server racks on ebay for under $70. I want something with good value, for my home lab. Are those cheap ebay server racks any good?

Usually cheap and good don't fall in the same line unless there is an underlying problem that didn't allow said case to see a big buyerr's purchase take place. Is it possible to pass on a link to what you saw? There are a lot of things available on Ebay and it's highly probable that we may not be talking about the same thing(in our minds).

On another note, please pass on the make and models for the routers and switches you have at hand to check with compatibility.
