This is what you will be looking at. Video and Photo editing is multithreaded and CPU instensive so a 6300 is a better fit than an i3. A GTX 950 and an SSD can added later on, but isn't essential. The 16GB RAM is mostly for video rendering as that takes up a lot of RAM.
