By gaming i mean one that can atleast keep up. i know i cant get a real gaming motherboard unless i have a hundred dollars for one but im looking for a motherboard that is about 80 bucks or lower (cant go any higher). FX 6300, can fit a GTX 660 OC, and has decent amount of fan headers for the new case im going to get this christmas (any suggestions for a cool, airflow $90 here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2376105/airflow-quiet-full-tower-computer-case-suggestions.html ) Im not going to overclock, but would like suggestions on a board that fits the description any ideas would be great. ask if you need to no anything else.

^ what he said - best 970 board easily ,3 case fan headers, capable of big big overclocks, top quality caps & very good vrm & nb heatsinks.
Nothing else in the same league for the money.

Cases - phantex one above looks decent
Personally I really like the r4 - its an understated design but very very good quality & really nice to build in

The haf 912 is also worth considering at the price it is.

& will allow you the money for a decent CPU cooler (evo 212)if you're using the stock amd one.

You say you're not bothered about over clocking but you may change your mind in the future - with that board & an evo you can hit 4ghz with a 2 click change in bios & still get 10c lower temps & less fan noise than a stock setup so you may as well IMO.

Actually i have a Corsair H55 sitting on it. i need the case cuz the cooler is literally knocking off my RAM's heatspreaders lol. took me awhile to figure out why my comp was shutting down.
