I gave you a less than $400 build because the prices in your country might be higher. If you can't find the exact parts, then similar parts is just fine. This should max out DotA 2 at more than 60 FPS.

Your build seems pretty much well but Prices of GPU in india will be higher and Newer Game are CPU intensive too so I33210+HD7750 Will be better as per budget IMO.
