Greetings,

I'm Victor and I'm looking for some suggestions of components and a monitor (1680*1050) for a cheap pc build.
I am looking to only play Counter Strike: Global Offensive but I want to do so at a constantly smooth 60 FPS.
I would also like 60 FPS while recording with Fraps.
My max budget is 500 pounds but I am hoping for a build as cheap as possible without losing performance.

Thank you,
Victor

Since it's "tailored" for CS:GO then those are the parts I chose.

the CPU is also a pentium dual core but it is a Haswell compared to the Conroe that the recommended requires.

8gb is more than enough for CS:GO and the extra is used for FRAPS.

The GTX 650 is WAY ahead of the GT (630?) that the recommended requires.

The monitor was the biggest blot on the paper as it was only one of (5?) choices I had with that resolution. You could find a cheaper 1920x1080 monitor and I think that CS won't support 16:10 resolutions.

All in all it fits the budget and it fits your needs.

I didn't include an OS assuming you have one laying around.
