Cheap Gaming PC Build [tailored for Counter Strike:Global Offensive]

Greetings,

I'm looking for some suggestions of components and a monitor (1680*1050) for a cheap pc build. I don't need mouse & keyboard.

I am looking to only play Counter Strike: Global Offensive but I want to do so at a constantly smooth 60 FPS.

I would also like 60 FPS while recording with Fraps.

My max budget is 500 pounds but I am hoping for a build as cheap as possible without losing performance.

Fortunately for you, CSGO is not intensive. However, FRAPS sucks and really hits performance while recording. There are much better programs out there imo.

Reducing that build by 100 or 200 quids would definitely impact the performance.
