Cheap gaming pc build

Hey there,

I'm looking to build a new pc, either from the ground up or from a bare bones kit.

I really only want to spend at max, $600.00 (including monitor).

All I would use the pc for is playing WoW on high settings in 25 man raids.

Is this possible? I'm so tired of looking at three year old forum reviews!

Something like this would be good http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/diy-gaming-pc,review-32216.html except I think WOW prefers Nvidia to AMD graphics cards so swap the 6850 for a 460
